"Oh yes, He cares, I KNOW He cares!"

...and one of them shall not fall to the ground without your Father...
and ye are of more value than many sparrows.
St. Matthew 10:29-31

This yellow warbler was struggling to fly when we discovered it and made an effort to save it from Clara, our gray kitty. It made short, labored flights to get out of Clara's reach. When it reached the point of being unable to fly any longer, I was able to pick it up and gently place it in an outdoor birdhouse used for decoration. We were longing for him to make it... "Come on Little Guy, LIVE, LIVE, LIVE!" But he died. He won our hearts in the short time we knew him, and we are grateful for the lesson he brought to our remembrance, that our Heavenly Father created His world with such immense love and interest that not the smallest creature falls without Him. His tender heart aches for US when we fall, physically and spiritually. What a sweet comfort to KNOW that we are in the hands of such a wonderful Lord.
"Oh yes, He cares, I KNOW He cares!"
All glory and praise to Him who is worthy!
